This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, eligibility, and process for requesting a refund for products and services purchased through Logiangle.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms of this policy.

This Refund Policy applies to all software products, subscriptions, and services purchased directly from Logiangle.com.
Refunds are considered only in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
As our offerings are digital software products and SaaS-based services, refunds will be granted only in specific cases, such as service non-delivery, technical failures, or duplicate payments.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Service Non-Delivery: Full refund if payment is completed but access to the product/service was not delivered due to system errors.
Duplicate Payments: Refund for duplicate charges.
Subscription Renewals: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

5. Subscription Cancellations

Customers can cancel subscriptions anytime. Cancellation stops future billing, but current billing cycle fees are non-refundable. We recommend canceling at least 48 hours before renewal.

6. Free Trials and Demo Services

Refunds for paid subscriptions after free trial period ends follow standard refund policy.

7. Chargebacks

Contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and affect your account status.
